The first step is to check the tips. First check if the tip is installed and pay attention to whether the tip is deformed. You can also reinstall a new tip with no abnormal appearance to confirm whether the pipetting is still small. If the condition of the small amount of pipetting still does not change, then the reason for eliminating the tip enters the second step;

In the second step, check the handle. Check whether the joint between the sleeve and the tip is smooth. If there is a slight scratch or rough feeling caused by friction with the tip for a long time, it is recommended to replace the sleeve (if you need to replace the sleeve, please let the supplier handle it, let The supplier also checks the piston system of the ika pipette while changing the sleeve handle; check if the sleeve is blocked (when the amount of liquid suction is very small or even can not absorb liquid at all, it is likely to be blocked), the specific operation: Lower sleeve (must be careful when removing the handle, avoid missing the small parts on the piston system), the larger diameter end of the sleeve is facing your own eyes, and the smaller diameter is facing the direction of light, if not in the handle If you see a bright spot inside, the handle is blocked.
