Royal Jelly is also called Bee Milk. The fresh royal jelly is slightly ropy milk paste substance; it is the excretive mixture of nutrition gland and maxilla gland of the head of little worker bee. The worker bees use this to feed the 1-3 days` worker bee larva and drone larva, 1-5.5 days` queen bee larva and queen bee in the oviposition period. The royal jelly is the biologic product containing very complicated active elements which contains almost all the nutrition elements required by the growth of the human body. Self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank performance indicators and precautions for use
Liquid nitrogen is widely used in medical aid, beauty, cell refrigeration, food processing and other industries due to its ultra-low temperature of -196 degrees, even for notebook and aviation businesses. There are many types of liquid nitrogen tanks, which are mainly divided into: adsorption type liquid nitrogen tanks; transport type liquid nitrogen tanks; storage type liquid nitrogen tanks; and self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tanks. The self-pressurized liquid nitrogen container is mainly used for transporting and storing liquid medium (liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquid argon), and can also be used as a cold source for other refrigeration devices. The container is composed of a liner, a casing and an instrument valve, and the upper part has a pressure gauge. The liquid level gauge can conveniently observe the pressure of the inner tank, the liquid level, etc. In order to improve the safety of the container, it is equipped with two safety valves.
Self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank performance indicators:
1, the degree of vacuum: if the degree of vacuum does not meet the requirements, the insulation performance is reduced, affecting the service life; and wasting liquid nitrogen;
2, sandwich material: sandwich material should use a special reflective insulation material with a small gas release rate, in order to achieve the desired effect
3, valve: the valve uses a special low temperature stop valve (resistant to -196 degrees);
4, container material: container material selected Osset stainless steel material;
5, vacuum testing: special vacuum testing equipment should be used; to ensure the vacuum degree of each liquid nitrogen tank;
Self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank use precautions:
1, because the heat of the container is large, the first time the liquid is filled, the heat balance time is longer, can be pre-cooled with a small amount of liquid medium (about 20L), and then slowly filled (so that it is not easy to form ice block).
2, in order to reduce the loss of liquid filling in the future, please refill when there is a small amount of liquid in the container. Or fill the liquid within 48 hours after using the liquid.
3. In order to ensure the safe and reliable use of the container, the container can only be filled with liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen and liquid argon.
4. When infusion, water and frost on the outer surface of the container are normal. When the boosting valve is opened for the boosting operation, since the boosting coil is attached to the inner wall of the outer cylinder, the heat of the outer cylinder is vaporized by the liquid in the coil to achieve the purpose of boosting. There may be spotted frost on the outer tube. When the booster valve is closed, the frost point will slowly dissipate. When the pressure increasing valve is closed and the infusion operation is not performed, the outer surface of the container has water and frost, which indicates that the vacuum of the container has been destroyed, and the container cannot be used any more. Should be looking for professional manufacturers to repair or do scrapping.
5. When transporting liquid medium on the road surface of Grade III or below, please do not exceed 30km/h.
6, the vacuum nozzle on the container, the seal of the safety valve, the seal can not be damaged.
7. If the container is not used for a long time, drain and dry the liquid medium inside the container, then close all valves.
8. Before filling the liquid medium, the container must be dried with dry air to dry the container liner and all the valves and pipes before it can be filled with liquid medium. Otherwise, the pipe will be blocked by ice, which will affect the boosting and infusion.
