2. The law of onset:

Zoospore must swim in the presence of water on leaf or leaf sheath. When the temperature is appropriate, it can invade human skin. In July and August, high temperatures and high humidity are conducive to the disease; the density is too high, the fields are covered and the incidence is heavy.

3. Control measures:
