Experimental Materials
Red Fuji and Gala Apple. Each apple is provided with a refrigerating group and a shelf group. The apples in the refrigerated group are placed at 0~5°C and stored under the condition of 90% relative humidity for 6 weeks. The apples in the shelf group are placed at 19±1°C, and the relative humidity is 65%. Store in the maintenance box for 4 weeks.
