First, timely picking

The general growth pattern of eggplant grows with the tillering of plants. In planting and management, this feature should be rationally utilized, and the topping should be carried out in time after planting to enhance its rapid branching, increase the result area, and increase the fruit setting rate.

Second, timely recovery of fruit fertilizer

When each layer of fruit begins to expand, it is chased once every 10 days or so, and 5 to 6 times of fat is chased. Fertilizer and thin manure are best used.

Third, promote weak control

The growth of eggplant plants is weak, and the nutrients are not enough, which will increase the falling flowers and fruits; but if the growth is too strong, it will cause the nutrients to be absolutely insufficient to form the falling flowers and fruits. Therefore, maintaining normal growth is the basic requirement for improving eggplant into flowers and fruits. For plants with weak growth, fertilizer should be added to strengthen the growth; if the growth is too strong, the fertilizer should be properly controlled to promote normal growth to increase the fruit setting rate.

For the weak seedlings to strengthen the fertilizer and water treatment, the organic fertilizer and available phosphorus should be mainly used in the early stage, and the quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer should be used in the middle and late period. It is best to chase the cooked and diluted manure 500-600 kg or the cake fertilizer 20-30 kg in the time of flowering. Apply 15-20 kg of superphosphate. After entering the fruiting period, the topdressing should be shifted to quick-acting nitrogen fertilizer (10-15 kg per urea), and chased 3 to 5 times in the result period.

Fourth, hormone treatment

At the flowering stage, 20ppm anti-falling flower spray, or 30-40ppm of 2,4-D silk flower can prevent falling flowers and fruit, thereby increasing the fruit setting rate.

5. Foliar spray fertilizer when appropriate

From the beginning of the results, spray 0.2% to 0.3% of urea, 0.2% to 0.3% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 0.1% to 0.2% of magnesium sulfate, etc., as usual, spray once every 7 to 10 days, even spray 2 to 3 times.
