Basic structure of horizontal screw industrial high-speed centrifuge

The horizontal screw industrial low-speed large-capacity centrifuge consists of a frame, a hood, a main bearing, a drum, a screw, a differential, a drive system and a control system.

1, the rack:

The frame is a steel frame with a cushion at the bottom, which can be directly placed on the foundation. The main and auxiliary motors are installed on the main and auxiliary drive ends of the frame, and the feed pipe is fixed on one side of the frame.

2, the hood:

The hood is a cylindrical surface that can be opened and closed, and the drum and the screw rotate in the hood. The lower part of the hood is fixed on the frame, and has a slag discharge port and a liquid discharge port, and a hood and a retaining ring are arranged inside the hood.

3, the main bearing:

The bearing housings with the main bearings are respectively fixed at the two ends of the frame to support the weight of the entire rotor, and one of the bearings simultaneously serves as the axial positioning of the rotor. The main bearing is lubricated by grease lubrication and thin oil lubrication.

4, rotating drum:

The drum consists of a large end cap shaft, a straight drum, a cone drum and a small end cap shaft. The parts are positioned with a stop and fastened by screws. The bottom of the cone section of the drum has a slag discharge port for discharging the solid phase material in the circumferential direction, and a liquid discharge port for discharging the liquid phase material is arranged at the end surface of the large end cap shaft, and the main bearing is mounted on the shaft of the large and small end cover.

The drum body is a whole, with high concentricity, low vibration, and higher strength and rigidity. Reduces disturbance to the air and reduces noise during work.

5. Spiral:

The screw is mounted inside the drum coaxially with the drum, and has bearing sets at both ends to enable it to flexibly rotate relative to the drum. A cloth chamber is arranged in the middle of the spiral, and a feed port is uniformly opened in the circumferential direction. The output power of the main motor is transmitted to the drum and the spiral. One end of the spiral is connected to the output end of the differential through a spline shaft, and the output power of the auxiliary motor is transmitted to the spiral through the differential to provide differential power to the spiral, so that the spiral generates a differential speed.

When the spiral and the drum have a certain difference in rotational speed, the solid phase material settled on the wall of the drum moves to the bottom of the cone end of the drum under the action of the spiral, and after the dewatering of the cone by the drum, the slag is discharged. The mouth discharges the drum.

6, differential:

A secondary planetary differential is used to provide differential power to the helix.

7, the drive system:

The dual motor double frequency conversion energy feedback type drive system is adopted.

8, control system:

High-performance PLC, touch screen man-machine interface, operation, parameter setting and monitoring of all unit equipment can be completed on the touch screen, which can realize constant torque automatic control.
