1. The public generator can not be turned on immediately after the water is rented. Rinse the surface of the diesel engine with water to remove dirt and debris, and then use metal detergent or washing powder to remove the oil on the surface.

2. Support one end of the diesel generator so that the oil-discharging part of the diesel engine oil sump is in the low position of the Zui, unscrew the oil drain screw plug, pull out the oil scale, and let the water in the oil sump flow out by itself. To release the oil, slightly let the oil and water release a part together and then screw the oil drain plug.

3. Remove the air filter, remove the upper casing of the filter, take out the filter and other components, remove the water in the filter, and clean the parts with metal detergent or diesel. If the filter is made of plastic foam, wash it with detergent or soapy water (disabling gasoline), then rinse it with water, dry it, and dip it with the right amount of oil (dip and squeeze it out by hand). Oil immersion is also required when replacing new filters. The filter element is paper-based and should be replaced with a new one. After cleaning and drying the parts of the filter, install them according to the regulations.

4. Remove the inlet and exhaust pipes and the muffler to remove the internal water. Turn on the decompression, shake the diesel engine, and see if there is water in the intake and exhaust ports. If there is water, continue to shake the crankshaft until the water in the cylinder is completely drained. Install the inlet, exhaust pipe and muffler, add a little oil to the air inlet, turn the crankshaft several turns, and then install the air filter.

5. Remove the fuel tank and put all the oil and water in it. Check the diesel filter and tubing for water. If there is water, drain it. Clean the fuel tank and diesel filter, then put it back in place, switch on the oil circuit, and add clean diesel oil to the tank.

6. Discharge the water in the water tank and the waterway and clean the waterway. Turn on the throttle switch and start the diesel. After starting the diesel engine, pay attention to observe the rise of the oil indicator and listen to the diesel engine for abnormal noise. After checking whether the parts are normal or not, the diesel engine is run-in. When the running-in sequence is started, the speed is first, the medium speed is high, and the speed is high. The running time is 5 minutes each. After running-in, stop the engine oil, re-add new oil, start the diesel engine, run at medium speed for 5 minutes, and then use it normally.
