In fact, the procurement of drugs in public hospitals is related to the price of medicines, the order of circulation, and the healthy development of the industry. It is also a key link in deepening the reform of the medical and health system. At present, China's grassroots and public hospitals' centralized procurement of drugs is "a platform and two approaches." This has led to the disconnection between hospital drug bidding and procurement, the high price of some drugs, and drug rebates.

For this reason, medical reform has become the focus of the people's attention and the reform of drug prices is imperative.

“The overall level of science and technology in China's pharmaceutical industry is not high, because high quality does not provide better prices. According to the reporter, the global pharmaceutical giant's R&D investment accounted for nearly 30% of total sales, but in contrast, China's pharmaceutical R&D investment accounted for more than 10% of total sales, and most of them accounted for very low proportions. .

Zhang Boli pointed out that foreign drugs have higher prices for better quality, innovative drugs can be priced by themselves, and conversely the pollutants caused by innovative businesses will be punished accordingly. Enterprises will not be able to decontaminate themselves in order to protect themselves, and this requires "technological reform" and "technology." "The cost of input is higher, and the asking price is higher. The government also understands that it takes a few years to make money and then use it as a cheap drug. This is a foreign system."

The breakthrough in price reform is policy support, encouraging innovation, and high quality and high prices.” Zhang Boli emphasized that joint ventures, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises should all bear the same responsibility. They should all pay attention to environmental protection and public health. In order to pay attention to the quality of medicines, they should all engage in pharmaceutical science and technology, but national policies should be supported. Those enterprises that engage in science and technology should be superior in quality and price, and should give policy support.

At the same time, he also reminded that we must closely integrate drug reform with medical reform, medical insurance, and medical care so as to ensure the effectiveness of medical reform.

Talking about the "separate" second-child policy, Zhang Boli pointed out that the experience of Japan, Europe, and the United States all told us that the country's economic development will reduce the fertility rate to a certain extent, and China has started to decline. Therefore, we should quickly release the second child for the long-term interest of the nation. . For pension insurance, Zhang Boli hopes that the elderly, especially those over 65, can enjoy the fruits of reform and opening up. "Now the elderly people over 65 are born almost after liberation. They have suffered all kinds of frustrations. Their wages are very low, they are very old, and they have to pay for their own illness. These people should enjoy higher state pension insurance. ”
