2. The necropsy changes
Visual examination did not show any abnormalities. The skin and muscles in the chest and abdomen were not easily separated. There was a bit of bleeding in the throat, and there was a small amount of viscous secretions in the trachea. There were 7 kinds of ulcers in the esophageal mucosa. The ulcer surface was sized from the tip of the needle to the tip of the pen. The left abdomen balloon adhered to the adeno-gastric and musculature and formed a cyst. The size of the cyst was 8.3 centimeters by 5.6 centimeters. The cyst was filled with a paste liquid and had an odor. The color was dark and turbid; the cyst was opened and the glands were isolated. Stomach, muscle stomach, etc., see iron on the stomach and stomach exposed, exposed iron 0.7 cm long. The glandular stomach and muscle stomach were split along both sides of the iron-transmission section. No abnormalities were found in the glandular stomach. Irregular ulcers were found at the junction of the gland stomach and muscle stomach, and the ulcers were deep and muscle layers but not penetrated; "V"-shaped steel wire, the wings are 2.5 cm long, 2.4 cm wide, 0.1 cm wide, and the angle is 109°. The other part of the musculature is normal. An ulcer was formed at the puncture site of the muscle stomach, and the internal diameter was 0.4 cm x 0.3 cm. There was no ulcer wound on both sides of the muscle stomach.
The intestinal mucosa is normal. Slightly enlarged liver, with bleeding points; normal kidney; normal heart and pericardium, no pericardial rupture, bleeding at the coronal part, epicardial hemorrhage, myocardial degeneration, endocardial hemorrhage; deep lung color, There is inflammatory exudation in the section. 3. Experience
(1) After checking the wire for the construction of the abandoned wall of the livestock farm, after completion of the capital construction, the peacocks, the US king pigeon, the colorful pheasant, the pheasant and other rare birds have arrived, and the venue has not been thoroughly cleaned, leaving the peacock wrong. Ingestion into the stomach causes muscle and stomach traumatic diseases.
(2) Muscle and stomach trauma, and the contents of the stomach flow out, leading to the occurrence of peritonitis, followed by inflammation of other organs, eventually leading to the death of the peacock due to heart failure.
(3) Gastric trauma is more common in ruminants than in ruminants. It is caused by ingestion of metallic foreign bodies, and peacock muscle stomach trauma is very rare. The occurrence of gastric trauma in this case may be due to the long-distance transportation of peacocks, hunger and impatience, and not eating in time when entering the circle. Peacock snafus and mistakenly feeds the wire into the stomach causing gastric trauma, so long-distance transportation must reach the destination in time for drinking and feeding. To prevent accidents from happening.
(4) It is very important to strengthen the feeding and management, and do a good job in the hygiene and cleaning of the broiler house, and thoroughly clean and disinfect the new breeder house.
