1, Ganzi diarrhea, toxic. Can cause vomiting, abdominal pain, difficulty breathing, blood pressure and other toxic side effects. One week after intravenous injection of 10 mg/kg dose to mice, autopsy revealed some toxic histological changes in heart, liver and kidney. The pathological examination of the rabbits after the injection of kansui extract was performed. It was found that the striated muscle was swollen and the interstitial edema was evident. The rabbits were injected with 0.6ml (including 30mg crude drug) and 1ml (containing 50mg crude drugs) in the ear vein. On the 2nd and 3rd days of injection, the rabbits had poor activity and food intake, and they recovered after 3 days. No deaths were observed in the month of January. No pathological changes were found in the liver and kidneys.

2. The LD50 of kansui against mice was 346.1±28.4mg/Kg.

3. The LD50 of acamphorate A to mice was 30 mg/kg.
