Abstract : Food packaging quality control is an important guarantee for the quality of food shelf life. First, the status quo of food packaging quality control   In order to let more regional consumers taste the food in different places, the packaging also provides convenience for the protection of food. In addition, the finished product packaging should also pay attention to sealing performance and heat sealing strength testing, so that the company can quickly control the quality from the packaging point of view, and eliminate the accident control caused by the packaging quality problem in the bud. 1,     Food packaging and material strength testing items and instruments Strength is a comprehensive indicator, which is a comprehensive reflection of the tensile strength of the packaging material, the peel strength of the composite film, the heat seal strength, the tear strength, and the puncture resistance. Tensile strength refers to the maximum stress value of the material before it is broken. The detection can effectively solve the damage and breakage of the package caused by the external force due to insufficient mechanical strength of the selected packaging material. Peel strength is also referred to as composite strength or composite fastness. It is used to detect the bond strength between layers in a composite film. If the bond strength is too low, it is easy to cause leakage during interlayer separation during packaging. problem. The heat seal strength is the strength of the seal. During the storage and transportation of the product, once the heat seal strength is too low, the heat seal is cracked and the contents are leaked.  Puncture resistance is an indicator of the ability of a package to resist the penetration of hard objects. One instrument can complete the above-mentioned tests and is the preferred instrument for food companies. . 2,     Friction coefficient detection and instrument introduction The friction coefficient test, also known as the slip performance test, is an important indicator for evaluating the slip performance of the inside and outside of the food packaging material, and can be used to evaluate the applicable performance of the machine package. It is tested to ensure that the packaging material has good openness filling properties or can be smoothly conveyed and packaged on a high-speed production line. It needs to be tested by the COF-01 , COF-01A , COF-03 and other friction coefficient meters produced by Cell Theo. 3 , food sealing performance testing   Sealing performance is an important indicator for testing after the food is off the line to prevent quality accidents caused by poor sealing of the package.  Sealability refers to the property of the package to prevent other substances from entering or the contents from escaping. There are two methods for commonly used detection methods. ( 1 ) The LT-01 , LT-02 , LT-03 and other types of seal testers produced by Cell Theo are tested by the principle of water decompression method. The test procedure is as follows: put a proper amount of distilled water in the vacuum tank, The sample is placed in the vacuum tank and built into the lower side of the pressure plate to completely immerse the package into the water; then the vacuum pressure and time of the test are set, the test is started, the vacuum chamber is evacuated, and the sample immersed in water is subjected to internal and external pressure difference, and the package is observed. Internal gas escape condition to determine the sealing performance of the sample; ( 2 ) In-package pressurization method: LSST-01 leak and seal strength tester is tested by positive pressure method. By applying pressure to the inside of the package, the pressure resistance, sealing degree and leakage index of the food package are detected, thereby achieving the purpose of detecting the integrity and sealing strength.     In summary, the scientific control and testing methods will provide effective help to ensure the reliability of all aspects of food packaging.
