1) When the continuous tunnel furnace is used for the first time, there may be a little odor or white smoke. That is because the new product relationship will automatically disappear after baking for a period of time, which will not affect the performance of the machine.

2) Continuous tunnel furnace depends on the environment, it is best to install the exhaust pipe to the outside.

3) Do not place any items on top of the continuous tunnel cover to avoid affecting the performance of the machine.

4) After the continuous tunnel furnace is used, turn off the heating switch, and let the body continue to cool naturally to extend the life of the heating wire. After the temperature is lowered to 100 °C, turn off the power.

5) Clean the furnace in the continuous tunnel at least once a week to ensure good operation of the furnace and maintain good quality.

6) The electrical switchboard must be cleaned once a month and check that the set screws are loose.

7) The vent hole behind the continuous tunnel furnace should be cleaned to ventilate and drain.

8) The main power supply must be isolated and closed during maintenance.

9) Check if the thermoelectric furnace is normal.

10) Check if the ground wire is off.

11) Check if the temperature sensing wire is off.

12) Whether the connection between the exhaust port of the control box and the outdoor connection is firm, so as to prevent the dust inside the control box from polluting the clean room, affecting the normal temperature inside the control box, causing the electrical parts to be damaged in advance.
