The shaft screw conveyor uses a screw to push the material in the casing to realize the conveyance. The suspension bearing is a sliding bearing and is provided with a dustproof sealing device, and the hanging shaft and the screw shaft are carried out through the slider. Connections, compared to shaftless screw conveyors, have the following advantages:
(1) The bearing capacity is larger than that without shaft, and the use is safe and reliable;
(2) It has strong adaptability and is easy to install and maintain;
(3) The machine is small in volume and relatively high in speed, which can realize fast and uniform transportation;
(4) There is generally a cleaning device at the discharge end, and the inlet and outlet ports can be flexibly arranged;
(5) The machine runs with low noise, good sealing performance and good rigidity.
