Sometimes when using a slot mixer, the main vibration of the slot mixer and noise are abnormal. What is the cause? How should I rule out? The approximate reason is 5 points:

1. The grooved mixer shaft is damaged. Solution: Replace the paddle shaft;

2. The installation of the trough mixer is not adjusted. Solution: Reinstall and adjust the horizontal plane of the trough mixer;

3. The corrugated blade of the trough mixer is damaged. Solution: Replace the propeller blade;

4. The slot mixer is damaged. Solution: Replace the damaged parts of the transmission;

5, no lubrication or lubrication pump does not supply oil, solution: add lubricant or replace the oil pump or clean the oil pump pipeline obstruction.
