This year, Guangdong, Hainan, and Fujian provinces of Penaeus vannamei broodstock are mainly cultivated from Hawaii, Taiwan and mainland Hainan Island.
1. Hawaiian broodstock: It is a non-specific pathogen (SPF) broodstock bred and screened by the Hawaii Institute of Oceanography in the United States.
