2. If the pulley needs to be modified, it must be calculated to meet the needs of the spindle speed of the pulverizer. Do not increase the spindle speed arbitrarily. When the speed rating is 15%, it will cause severe vibration of the machine.

3. It is necessary to carefully clean the raw materials in advance, and if necessary, screen or select them to prevent iron pieces, stones, etc. from entering the machine.

4. Before each use, open the shredder cover to check for damage to all parts of the machine, especially if the cotter pin on the rotor is intact and the connection is loose. When the confirmation is intact, close the cover and screw it into the handwheel on the door. Drag the belt by hand to check whether the moving part is flexible, with or without abnormal noise and card collision.

5. After the machine is started, it needs to idle for 2-3 minutes, and it will be gradually added after the operation is normal.

6. The operator should tighten the cuffs and wear masks. It is strictly forbidden to wear gloves. When feeding, stand on the side of the crusher to prevent rebound debris from damaging the face. When crushing long stem crops, the hands should not be pinched to prevent hands from being caught. The crop was pulled back and wounded.

7. The feeding should follow the principle of “evenly feeding, a small amount of quick addition”, that is, from less to more, until the load is normal, and keep continuous and uniform to prevent “crashing”.

8. If there is a jam at the inlet, do not use wooden sticks and iron rods to prevent the stick from being brought into the machine or popping the wounded. It is not allowed to reach into the material port. You can push the material with a hard stem. Into the crushing room.

9. Pay close attention to the operation. If vibration, abnormal noise, blockage or outward spraying is found, stop it immediately and check it out. It is strictly forbidden to use the wooden stick or hand to forcibly feed or pull out the material without stopping the machine, so as not to hurt the arm or damage the machine. .

10. It is strictly forbidden to open the door when the pulverizer is running; the belt drive should be equipped with protective devices; it is forbidden to overload the machine for a long time; all kinds of tools should not be placed on the pulverizer and materials to avoid falling into the machine; smoking is prohibited in the workplace, pay attention to waterproof And moisture.

11. The self-made powder bag should be made of a breathable fabric with a length of not less than 1.5m. If the powder bag is not breathable or too short, it may cause the feed port to be sprayed back.

12. Before stopping the machine, the feeding should be stopped first, and the material in the standby line should be stopped before stopping. After the operation, it should be dusted and lubricated in time.

Second, adjustment points

1. There is a gate or baffle in the lower part of the hopper, and the feed amount can be controlled by adjusting the opening of the ram or baffle. For example, when processing bean cake, the bean cake should be broken first, and the maximum size should not exceed 40mtn after crushing; when processing the hawthorn vine, the vine should be chopped first, and the length should not exceed 150mm. By controlling the amount of feed, work efficiency and crushing quality can be improved to avoid overload.

2. Generally, the pulverizer has two or three kinds of screens with different apertures (for example, the claw type pulverizer has a hole diameter of 0.6nma, ?1.2mm and ?3.5mm), and the sieves with different apertures can be replaced when used. Different pulverization sizes. When installing the screen, the lap joint of the screen joint should be correctly selected according to the rotation direction of the rotor, so that the direction of the inner joint is the same as the direction of rotation, so as to avoid blocking the material; if the screen mesh is tapered, due to the small hole end Usually there are a small number of burrs, in order to facilitate the discharge, the large hole end should be facing outward.
