A modification to solve the incomplete failure of clutch separation
1. The overall plan first welds and repairs the crankshaft thrust part to the standard size, and then installs a 7210 single row tapered roller bearing outside the crankshaft front casing. The outer ring of the bearing is installed in the inner bore of the front supporting beam. Limit the forward movement of the crankshaft and prevent excessive wear of the crankshaft thrust position. 2. Method for installing tapered roller bearings (1) Install the self-tightening oil seal on the front beam to 3mm. (2) Turn the diameter of the front end of the beam to 90mm and depth of 18mm. (3) Make a washer with an inner diameter of 50mm, an outer diameter of 70mm, and a thickness of 8mm. (4) Adjust the spacers according to the shape of the distance between the mounting surfaces of the front beams. 3. Installation and adjustment methods (1) The shim and bearing are mounted on the front axle sleeve of the crankshaft in order, and the 8mm thick washer abuts against the oil pan and the crankshaft gear. (2) Fit the rear end hole of the front support beam with oil seal, bearing outer ring and adjusting gasket. (3) Adjust and adjust the spacers on the front support beam installation plane to adjust to achieve the standard crankshaft axial clearance and bearing clearance, and then evenly tighten the bolts. (4) Complete adjustment of the clutch This modification method has been implemented in Dongfanghong-60/70 tractors in Tumen City, Jilin Province, eliminating the phenomenon of incomplete separation of the separators due to this reason.
