Installation instructions:
1. Read the product's instruction manual carefully before installation, check whether the product fully meets the requirements for use, familiar with the installation points, and prepare for the work.
2. When installing, the solenoid valve coil is up and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipe, and should not be installed in places with splashing water or water leakage.
3. Before the takeover, the pipe is fully flushed with a pressure of 0.3MPa, the metal powder sealing material in the pipe remains, and the rust scale is completely removed. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. It is recommended to install the filter before the valve and install the steam pipe. Trap; dirt and filters on the surface of the solenoid valve internals must be cleaned regularly.
4. In the event of a malfunction of the solenoid valve, in order to isolate the solenoid valve in time and ensure the normal operation of the system, the bypass device is installed.
5. Do not install the valve in the low recess of the pipe to prevent steam condensation, impurities and the like from depositing in the valve and hindering the action.
6. Ordinary solenoid valves should not be used in flammable and explosive atmospheres.
7. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipe, it is recommended to fix the front and rear pipes of the valve with brackets to prevent vibration when the solenoid valve is working.
8. A pressure gauge is required on the pipe before and after the solenoid valve to observe the pipe pressure.
