The outlet temperature should not exceed 30-35C, otherwise, oil and gas will escape from the outlet hole of the oil separator and affect the oil rate, so it is necessary to cool down in time and cool it with warm water. (4) The heat. When the fire is refined, the water in the pot should keep boiling. When the oil is out, the firepower must be large and urgent, and when the coal is added, the fire should be less. The fire in the stove should be covered. Do not concentrate on one side or a little. When the oil is exhausted, use a big fire to slam a bang. When the oil outlet stops, you can turn off the stove. According to the above method, 3 kg of high-quality ginger oil can be extracted for every 100 kilograms of fresh ginger.
