1. Fill the pot with water
Put the product into the lower pot, lock the pot door and prompt the alarm, press the “sterilization button†(green) button, the system will detect whether the pressure of the upper hot water tank reaches the set pressure of the upper tank, if it is not up, The tank air supply valve is raised to the upper tank setting pressure to close, the "hot water recovery valve" and the "circulating water outlet valve" are opened, and the hot water of the upper tank is pressed into the lower pot, when the water level of the upper tank reaches a low water level or When the water level of the pot reaches a high level, this step ends and the next step is taken.
2. Lower pot heating
The Unicom valve, the circulating water inlet valve, the circulating water outlet valve, the circulation pump, and the steam valve are opened, and the pressure in the pot automatically maintains the set pressure. When the set sterilization temperature is reached, the heat preservation step (sterilization step) is entered.
3. Cycle insulation
After the set sterilization temperature is reached, the sterilization is started, and the temperature and pressure are automatically controlled. When the set time is reached, the hot water recovery step is performed.
4. Hot water recovery step
The Unicom valve, the hot water recovery valve, the circulating water outlet valve, the circulation pump are opened, and the pressure in the pot is automatically controlled. When the water level of the lower pot reaches a low water level or the upper tank reaches a high water level, the step ends and the next working step is completed.
5. Cooling water injection
The feed water pump, the connecting valve and the feed water bypass valve are first opened. When the temperature in the pot drops to the set water supply main valve opening temperature, the main water supply valve is opened, the water injection speed is increased, and the pressure is automatically controlled, when the water level reaches the high water level of the lower pot. At the end of this step, the next step is transferred.
6. Circulating cooling
When the circulating pump is running, the circulating water inlet valve is opened, during which the pressure is automatically controlled, and the system starts the cooling time by itself. When the set cooling time is reached, the step ends and the next working step is completed. (If the upper tank is automatically heated during the cooling process in the "System Screen" of the operation panel, if the upper tank temperature is lower than the set temperature, the upper tank will automatically heat up.) 7. Drain in the pot
The drain valve and the circulation pump are turned on, and the cooled circulating water is discharged by the pump until the set low water level is reached. The drain step stops and enters the exhaust step.
8. Exhaust
The exhaust valve opens to remove the residual gas from the pot until the pressure in the pot is zero.
9. End of work
The system is reset and an audible and visual alarm is issued, prompting the operator to end the sterilization of the product.
