Pleurotus ostreatus and vegetables for oyster mushroom management

1, Pleurotus ostreatus management

After the Pleurotus ostreatus is sown, the temperature of the culture material rises in the short term from germination to colonization. If the hyphae exceeds 40°C for a long time, it will grow poorly or even be suffocated. Within 3-4 days after sowing, special attention should be paid to ventilation and temperature adjustment work, regularly check the temperature changes within the culture material, the temperature can be slightly unmasked, so that the material temperature is controlled at 24-28 °C. Around 10 days, the seed blocks were covered with hyphae and spread neatly around the perimeter. About 30 days after sowing, the hyphae covered the whole culture material, and attention was paid to heat preservation and ventilation. If contamination of the bacteria is found, use a syringe to inject 75% alcohol or 0.1% potassium permanganate solution. Seal the hole with adhesive tape. During the whole period of germination, the room temperature was controlled at 22-28°C, the relative humidity of the air was 70%, and ventilation was conducted for at least half an hour every day. After the hyphae are covered with culture materials, the fruit body primordium can be formed within 10 days, and then enter the fruiting body formation period.

2. Management of Pleurotus ostreatus fruiting body formation period

Environmental conditions conducive to the formation of fruiting bodies should be created to promote mushrooming.

1 increase the temperature difference between day and night, the daytime temperature should be 22 °C, 10 °C at night, temperature difference between day and night more than 10 °C to the formation of mushroom buds.

2 increase the scattering of light to properly increase the scattering of light in the room is conducive to the formation of fruiting bodies. But avoid direct light.

3 Increase the ventilation period of quantum solids to be sensitive to carbon dioxide. When you plant the plastic film, stick it with a stick to increase ventilation. The bags are planted mainly by adjusting the amount of ventilation in the greenhouse, supplementing oxygen and removing carbon dioxide. Ventilate twice a day for half an hour.

4 Increase humidity The indoor air relative humidity should be maintained at 85-90%. During the formation of the first mushroom, generally do not spray water to the nutrient, in order to increase the air humidity as the main water supply measures. When the fruiting body cover grows to 2-3 cm in diameter, a water spray can be used to spray water on the fruit body.

5 The edge of the cap of the fruiting body for harvesting is changed from bending to stretching. When the spores have not been released, it is the best for the mushroom to harvest. Harvested too late, mushroom nutrition for sporulation, tissue fibrosis, decreased quality; release of spores harmful to human health, and affect the formation of oyster mushrooms.

6 After harvesting, the first crop was harvested. The debris was removed from the mushroom and the old root was removed. The water was stopped for 3 days. Then spray water gently to make the surface of the culture material moist (should avoid pouring water), and the relative humidity of the air is maintained at 90-95%. After about 10 days, the second mushroom bud is formed and the later management is the same as that of the first mushroom.

Usually sowed once; can harvest 3-4 mushroom. After the second pod is harvested, the bag is planted and the plastic bag of the bacterium bag is removed. A bag is placed upright next to the bag. The first excavated moromi, and the tube is covered with sand. 1.5 cm thick, fill enough water, cover the plastic film, later management with the former.

Micro Laser Distance Sensor

New product of U85 micro laser distance sensors use highly focused class 2 laser to detect objects or measure distances, and can return a measured value via varieties intface( serial, usb, rs232, rs485, bluetooth etc.). The electronic distance sensor is a very small Laser Distance Sensor, but high resolution up to 1mm and long distance measuring sensor - teachable measuring range of up to 30m. Extremely accurate distance sensing sensors, errors down to ± 1mm. And the mini sensors and measurements support continuous measurement function, great for compact solutions(eg: robots) with the smallest Laser Distance Sensor of the world!
