Introduction of safety valve
The safety valve is a good overpressure protection device for pressure equipment, vessels and pipelines. When the pressure of the medium rises above the allowable value, the safety valve automatically opens and then discharges completely to prevent the pressure from rising continuously. When the pressure drops to the specified value When the safety valve is automatically closed in time.
Safety valve design, manufacturing, acceptance technical standards meet the requirements of GB/T12243-89.
The bonnet of the enclosed safety valve is closed to prevent the intrusion of dust and debris, and to prevent the toxic and flammable medium from overflowing. The open safety valve is used for the steam medium pipe because the bonnet is open to reduce the temperature of the spring chamber. And the container, the safety valve with radiator is mainly suitable for the working condition where the medium temperature exceeds 350 °C.
Spring-loaded safety valve with wrench can be used for manual opening when the medium pressure reaches 75% of the opening pressure.
The full-open safety valve has a height of ≥ 1/4 of the flow path diameter, and the discharge amount is large. The opening height of the micro-opening safety valve is 1/20 to 1/40 of the flow path diameter.
Safety valve model preparation method
The model number of the valve is compiled with reference to the mechanical department standard JB308-75 "Valve Model Preparation Method", which consists of the following eight parts:

Among them: 1 means special valve code (such as low temperature - D, heat preservation - B, bellows - W, no omission)
A indicates the valve type code (A indicates a safety valve)
2 indicates the connection form code (Table 1)
3 indicates the structural form code (Table 2)
4 indicates valve seat sealing surface or lining material code (Table 3)
5 indicates the nominal pressure value
6 indicates the valve body material code (Table 4)
