1. Boot procedure

Note: After starting the heating, quickly open the bypass valve next to the trap, open for about 3 seconds, repeat two or three times.

2. Start the test

2.1 Check the direction of the induced draft fan: stop after 1~2 seconds of starting, observe whether the direction of the fan is consistent with the mark on the volute. If the direction of rotation is reversed, the direction of rotation should be corrected to make the direction of the fan impeller and the volute Consistent.

2.2 Seals should be tight and leak-free everywhere.

2.3 Check whether the actuators are sensitive. Then start the fan and heat, check whether the temperature sensor of each temperature measurement point is normal.

3. Delivery of materials:

A. If manual feeding is used, remove the temperature sensor and grounding wire of the raw material container before pulling out the raw material container.

B. Vacuum suction: (1) When starting the system to run the filter bag cleaning powder I or the filter bag cleaning powder II state, close the inlet air regulating valve to the first gear, open the inlet valve, and use the hose to make the material under the negative pressure of the induced draft fan. Enter the container under suction.

(2) After the vacuum suction is finished, close the feed valve, and open the inlet air regulating valve appropriately to make the material have a good fluidization state.

4. Horizontal boiling dryer operation management

4.1 Start bag powder cleaning I or bag powder cleaning II, adjust the air intake, and maintain a reasonable fluidization state.

4.2 Frequently observe the fluidized state of the material to be dried. Generally, the fluidization height should not exceed the height of the observation mirror of the spray chamber. When the fluidization state is poor, the fluidization state can be improved by adjusting the air inlet volume; if abnormal conditions such as channeling, agglomeration, and bed-slipping occur, the drum noise function can be activated. After the fluidization state tends to be normal, the drum noise is stopped and dried again. Work; stop processing when the fluidization state cannot be improved by drum noise.

4.3 Always observe whether there is any running material at the outlet of the induced draft fan. If there is a short line (broken fiber), perforation, rupture, etc., the bag should be stopped immediately or replaced.

4.4 Always check that the seals are good and that there are no air leaks.

5. Horizontal boiling drying machine program

At the end of drying, after the granule moisture is dried to meet the process requirements → heating stops → material cooling until the process requirements → fan stop → manual cleaning → air bag venting → container drop → remove the material temperature sensor and ground wire → pull out the raw material container unloading → Or screw out the spray chamber → Remove the filter bag → Clean the residual material → Clean the equipment. Note: After stopping production, close the steam main intake valve and the compressed air main intake valve.

Second, horizontal boiling dryer daily maintenance and maintenance and safety precautions

1. Frequently clean the cleaning heaters, fans, containers and drying indoors and outdoors, cylinders, control cabinets to collect ash and dirt, and keep the equipment clean.

2. The oil mist of the air source (air handler) should be checked frequently. Add 5#, 7# mechanical oil (transformer oil) to the oil mister oil tank (on the air outlet side) of the air handler. The oil content is oil. Two-thirds of the total amount of fogger; when there is water in the water separator, it should be discharged in time.

3. The support bearing of the spray drying chamber should be rotated flexibly, and the rotating parts should be cleaned and dripped with 5-8 drops of lubricating oil every day.

4. When the equipment is not in use, it should be started every fifteen days, and the starting time should be no less than 20 minutes to prevent the solenoid valve, cylinder, etc. from drying out due to excessive time, causing damage to the solenoid valve and cylinder.

5. Cleaning: Pull out the raw material container, spray drying room, put down the filter bag holder, remove the collecting bag, close the damper, and clean the materials remaining in the main parts of the main machine, especially the gap on the air distribution plate in the raw material container should be thoroughly cleaned. Especially for the bag should be cleaned in time, dry and spare

6. When the running material or bag is damaged or the drying efficiency is low, the bag should be replaced in time.

7. After the bag is installed, the wire rope should be loosened to prevent the wire rope from breaking or damaging the cylinder and other components.

8. Control airbag inflation pressure 0.05-0.1MPa. Damage to the airbag over the assembly.

9. Dilute the bag before discharge and remove the material temperature sensor.

10. Set the grounding wire before each power on.

11. The total amount of wetted material should be less than 200kg each time.

12. The operation should be carried out according to the operation steps.
